Anthony John Grillo Arrested For Ninth Time.
BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Century Village Boca Raton resident Anthony John Grillo is back in the Palm Beach County Jail Saturday. It’s the ninth arrest for the now 65-year-old since 2021. We first reported on Grillo in November of 2021 when he was arrested for swinging a belt at a security guard at the Apple Store in Boca Raton Town Center Mall. It’s gone downhill from there.
Over the past several years, Grillo has faced charges of trespass, assault, burglary, and more. Time and time again, prosecutors either didn’t prosecute or dropped charges to misdemeanors as part of plea deals. He’s spent a total of several months in jail following fourteen misdemeanor and felony charges since the Apple Store incident.
Grillo Saturday is back in the Palm Beach County Jail, this time on a contempt of order charge. He allegedly came within 100 feet of a motor vehicle operated or owned by someone who has an injunction against him. It was not immediately clear which case against him led to the injunction that he allegedly violated.
Bond is set at $5,000. He was arrested this time by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. We’ll update this report once the affidavit of probable cause is processed by the Palm Beach County Clerk of Courts.
