Today, that assistance — and reminder — came from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

PBSO tells us that Spider-Man was engaged in his normal crimefighting activity on Sunday when he apparently was so focused on other people’s safety that he left his vehicle door open at a busy strip mall parking lot in unincorporated Boca Raton. According to PBSO, Spider-Man’s wallet and personal belongings were left in plain view!

A District 7 supervisor was conducting business checks in the area and noticed the open door to Spider-Man’s vehicle. Other units arrived and helped locate the superhero. They found him and reminded Spider-Man to stay safe himself when he’s helping others.

Said a PBSO Spokesperson: “District 7 is always vigilant and willing to serve.” Yes, even Superheroes are relocating to South Florida.
