BOYNTON BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A crash involving a Walmart Tractor Trailer and a pick up truck apparently left the driver of the pickup truck dead Sunday afternoon.
The crash is in the area of mile marker 84 which is in the area of Boynton Beach Boulevard. The crash is in the northbound lanes and was reported around 5:15 p.m. It was not immediately clear what led to the crash — although there is significant construction in the area which continues to cause major traffic problems on the Turnpike. Rescuers found a person in the pickup truck deceased.
We are awaiting a full update from Florida Highway Patrol. Expect delays in the area throughout the evening as the investigation is conducted.
