FHP: Man From Coconut Creek Dies En Route To Delray Medical Center.
BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A man in his 20s from Coconut Creek is dead following a one-vehicle motorcycle crash on I-95 in Boca Raton.
Florida Highway Patrol tells BocaNewsNow.com that the man, identified as Hispanic, was traveling north upon the inside general-purpose lane of Interstate 95 (State Road 9) north of Glades Road (State Road 808). The driver failed to maintain control of the motorcycle and the motorcycle fell onto its side in the inside general-purpose lane.
The motorcycle driver was then separated from the motorcycle where they both entered the northbound express lanes. The driver and the motorcycle came to final rest in the northbound express lanes northbound Interstate 95 (State Road 9) north of Glades Road (State Road 808).
BocaNewsNow.com has learned that the man was alive at the scene of the crash but died en route to Delray Medical Center, suffering from extreme blunt trauma sustained in the crash. The investigation continues.
