The Latest Kings Point Resident To Be Jailed Is 32nd Kings Point Arrest In 2025, 62nd Since 2024.

DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — We don’t know if Palm Beach County is considering an enclosed walkway between the Kings Point Senior Living Center in Delray Beach and the Palm Beach County Jail in West Palm Beach, but it probably would save a lot of money on transportation. That’s because 82 Kings Point Delray residents have been jailed since 2023, 62 since 2024, and 32 this year. The latest: a woman being held Saturday morning without bond.
BocaNewsNow.com has learned that Elizabeth Kristal of “Brittany I” is in the jail on a contempt of court/violate no contact order charge. She was taken into custody Friday afternoon by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. She’s remained locked up ever since.
Kristal, according to records reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com, was involved in an incident in the Kings Point Club House earlier this month where, among other things, she allegedly pulled another resident’s Kings Point ID while it was around that person’s neck. She also allegedly tried to “beat up” that person. It appears that she was told to stay away from that person while the investigation continued as she was not immediately jailed. Records suggest she violated that order which is what led to the arrest.

Kristal joins the long list of Kings Point Delray Beach residents accused of — and sometimes convicted of — multiple offenses, including: drug crimes, sex crimes, DUI, assault and/or battery, weapons offenses, fraud, and more. Unofficial records maintained by BocaNewsNow.com suggest that no other senior living community in South Palm Beach County has more residents jailed than Kings Point Delray Beach.
