Palm Beach County Fire Rescue Responds Saturday Evening…
BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A fire Saturday evening at the Cortland Uptown Boca Apartment complex inside the Boca Uptown dining and entertainment district is under investigation Saturday evening.
BocaNewsNow.com confirms that Palm Beach County Fire Rescue rushed to the scene around 7:25 Saturday night for the report of flames and smoke on the first floor of a building in the complex. Arriving firefighters confirmed smoke and apparently small flames in the area — near a fire alarm pull station. No one was injured. Palm Beach County Fire Rescue had the fire out within minutes.
We have learned that a fire investigator is being called to the scene as fires tend to not randomly break out in a hallway of an apartment complex. PBSO is also on the scene as of 7:50 p.m.
The Cortland Uptown Boca is a multi-building high-end apartment complex behind the shopping complex that also includes restaurants and Whole Foods. Check back for updates.
