Daniel Jamie Pulley III, 23, was booked into custody early Saturday morning after his apparent takedown near Tomasso’s restaurant — Palmetto Park Road near I-95.
Preliminary booking information reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com reveals a long list of serious charges against Pulley, including grand theft of a motor vehicle and possession of burglary tools with intent to use. The situation escalated significantly when Pulley allegedly attempted to evade law enforcement. He now faces a felony count of fleeing and eluding police involving injury or death. In addition to the theft and pursuit charges, Pulley is facing counts of criminal mischief and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

Pulley, who resides on Haverhill Common Circle in West Palm Beach, is expected to make his first appearance before a judge later today.
