BOYNTON BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — It’s another night of fun on the Florida Turnpike. This time, a tractor trailer has overturned in the area of milemarker 88 — that’s between Boynton beach Boulevard and Lake Worth.

Palm Beach County Fire Rescue is on the scene as of 6:45 p.m. Traffic is backed up for miles. Here’s the official update from Fire Rescue:

“Tractor Trailer Rollover Florida’s turnpike Northbound at MM88. Northbound lanes from Boynton Beach Exit to Lake Worth Exit will have extensive delays. Emergency lane open. All others blocked. Southbound lanes also delayed. Take alternate routes.”

FDOT traffic cameras in the area do show traffic moving slowly, but it is moving. If you can get off of the turnpike at Glades Road, get off… use 441, and rejoin north of Lake Worth.
