BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A teenager was shot early Friday morning in West Boca Raton.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office tells BocaNewsNow.com that the teen was engaged in some sort of an altercation inside a home in the 10900 block of Crescendo Circle. That’s in The Lakes of Boca Raton, just north of Yamato and west of Cain Boulevard.
Police tell BocaNewsNow.com that the teen was shot in the leg during what’s described as a “verbal dispute.”
The victim was transported to Delray Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect fled the scene. While not publicly identified by police, there is no suggestion by investigators the suspect is a danger to anyone else.
