BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A mostly pleasant week is ahead for Boca Raton, according to the National Weather Service, with warm temperatures and only a brief window of storm chances before sunshine takes over through the weekend. Forecasters expect the temperature to climb next week, potentially signaling the start of the “why do I live in Florida it’s so hot?!” season.

Tonight will be partly cloudy with a low around 72 degrees and a south wind of 5 to 10 mph. Sunday brings the best chance of unsettled weather — expect sun in the morning, but showers and thunderstorms are possible after 2 p.m., with an overall 30 percent chance of precipitation. Highs will reach near 83. Storm chances linger into Sunday night, mainly before 8 p.m., before skies begin to clear.

Monday carries a slight 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 8 a.m., but conditions improve quickly, with mostly sunny skies and another high near 83. Monday night turns mostly clear with a low around 73.

The rest of the week looks like classic South Florida spring weather. Tuesday through Wednesday will feature sunny skies with highs in the low 80s and overnight lows holding steady around 72. Winds will be light and variable out of the east throughout the week.

Heading into next weekend, temperatures begin to inch upward — highs near 86 on Thursday, 85 on Friday, and up to 87 by Saturday, with partly to mostly sunny skies expected each day.
