BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A brush fire is burning Thursday night along the I-95 northbound exit ramp to Spanish River Boulevard.

Boca Raton Fire Rescue is on the scene with a significant response as of 9:45 p.m. While the fire itself is said to be small, the dry conditions make even a small brush fire a big deal. Firefighters are working to put out hotspots and to soak the wooded area so there’s no reignition.

There are no reports of injuries, but traffic delays are mounting in the area. While we expect this to a non-issue for the morning commute, it is slowing things down Thursday night on I-95 NB in Boca Raton.
