BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — No, seriously. Just putting on the Spandex is enough. That may be the thinking of a 68-year-old Boca Raton woman who was heading to Orange Theory Fitness in her Audi while allegedly under the influence of something while speeding on Palmetto Park Road and nearly hitting a cop.

Gittel Goldman — real name — is now facing charges of DUI, possessing Marijuana, and possessing a controlled substance without a prescription following her arrest on Wednesday. According to a police report reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com, Goldman was stopped in 500 block of West Palmetto Park Road by an officer dressed in a bright yellow reflective vest with the word “POLICE” clearly visible. Despite being signaled to pull over by the officer who was standing on the road, Goldman apparently swerved, nearly hit the officer, and ultimately stopped a distance from where she was told to stop.

Goldman then allegedly had issues responding to commands given by the officer and had more issues completing a field sobriety test. The test was administered after police say Goldman said she smoked Marijuana the previous night and also takes other medication for a number of reasons.
