Palm Beach County School District Academic Year Is Over.
BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Public schools in Palm Beach County are officially finished for the 2025-2026 school year, but not all private schools are finished yet.
American Heritage, the top-ranked private school in Florida, continues with classes on Monday, then holds exams through much of the week. North Broward Prep continues through June 3rd. Pinecrest and Saint Andrew’s are also in various stages of winding down for the school year.
Most private schools locally transition to camp over the next two weeks — expect lots of traffic in the area of private schools in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and in North Broward County. Also expect a significant police presence throughout the area ensuring the speed limits are obeyed.
The Palm Beach County public school year resumes on August 3rd for teachers and August 10th for students.
