Carmela Coffee in Boca Raton was cited for a number of health code violations during an inspection on July 1st.

The “restaurant” was inspected on July 1st and is now subject to a follow-up after 14 violations were recorded. Carmela was not ordered to close.

High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Small black fridge under stovetop, liquid eggs 60F cold holding.
