On March 27, 1999, an unidentified Black man was found floating in the Intracoastal Waterway near 100 Little Club Road in West Palm Beach. He was never identified, and his killer has never been caught.
Investigators believe the man was between 20 and 35 years old, standing about 5-foot-6 and weighing somewhere between 145 and 175 pounds. He had a distinctive tattoo on his left arm — a heart pierced by a dagger. When he was found, he was wearing a black T-shirt, black FUBU-brand pants, and white socks.
