BY: ANDREW COLTON | Editor and Publisher | BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — If you’ve received medical care from Palm Beach County Fire Rescue, we’d like to hear about your experience. We’d like to know how quickly someone arrived at your emergency. We’d like to know what bills you received after that care was rendered. We’d like to know if the bills accurately reflected the care provided. We are interested in what your insurance company said about the bills.

To be clear: Palm Beach County’s paramedics — the people who come to help you — are among the best in the nation. Most are heroes who will save your life while blindfolded and underwater. But there are questions being asked about what goes on behind the scenes, choices being made by Palm Beach County Fire Rescue leadership and Palm Beach County officials, issues with Palm Beach County’s dispatch system, expenses being passed on to taxpayers, and more. These are areas that we are looking into.
