BOYNTON BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Boynton Beach man is being sued after he allegedly stopped making payments on his 2020 Porsche Panamera and then refused to give the six-figure car back. Porsche Financial Services just filed the lawsuit in Palm Beach County Circuit Court against Ronald Desiste, saying he financed the luxury sedan through Braman Motorcars in February 2025 and simply quit paying starting in April 2026. According to the lawsuit, Desiste agreed to pay $1,240.07 a month for 72 months. Instead, court records show he now owes $64,269.54 — even though the company says the car itself is only worth about $36,400 on the wholesale market. If you happen to see it, the vehicle’s VIN is WP0AA2A70LL100353, and Porsche Financial Services holds the lien on the title.
Beyond the missed payments, the lawsuit accuses Desiste of hiding the Panamera altogether. The company claims he “purposely concealed the whereabouts” of the vehicle and ignored repeated attempts to recover it. The suit raises concern that he could try to sell or transfer the car to someone else before the case is resolved. The vehicle is believed to be garaged somewhere in Palm Beach County.
Porsche Financial Services wants its money and the car. The case was filed by attorneys with Cole, Scott & Kissane in Miami.
