SANSONE AIR WEBSITE ISSUE OR SOMETHING LARGER? HERE’S WHAT HAPPENED WHEN WE CALLED FOR SERVICE…

UPDATE #2: Sansone Air has now changed its website to say “open seven days.” The website changes continue after getting caught.
UPDATE #1: Sansone has started to update its website to remove the 24/7 emergency support language. Fortunately, we’ve retained screenshots. The “Way Back Machine” also maintains an archive of what was on the Sansone-ac.com website.
BY: ANDREW COLTON | Editor and Publisher | BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Sansone Air Conditioning is one of the largest a/c installers and repair companies in South Florida. Its workers are fast. Its techs are professional. Sansone overall does a good job. But Sansone as a company is seemingly engaged in what may be fraudulent marketing and advertising — and we want our readers to know fact from fiction.
BocaNewsNow.com had a brand new Daikin air conditioning system installed on Thursday. Sansone Air did the job and did it well. But hours later, when a thermostat suggested that the brand new unit was warming and not cooling — and several error messages appeared on the unit — we expected a call to Sansone to solve the problem. After all, the company advertises 24/7 emergency support. It was just before 8 p.m. “Emergency Support” normally means a company has techs on the road 24/7. But it turns out that’s not the case.

After being connected to what seemed to be an off-shore call center, a call-taker said someone could be there on Friday. That was a non-starter. The unit was just installed. After being placed on hold for nearly half an hour, we were connected to someone who was supposed to be in “dispatch” but the dogs barking in the background, the lack of basic English, and the general incompetence suggested something else. We were ultimately told that this person wasn’t in ‘dispatch’ but instead a “customer service” representative. He explained that Sansone Air does NOT offer 24/7 service, despite what it says on the Sansone website in multiple places.

“We work 8 to 8” he said. “That’s all we do.” The rep then offered information about the error codes that seemed to be generated by AI.
Dogs barking. False advertising. And diagnostic suggestions that seemed to be generated by CHAT GPT is the recipe for your friends at BocaNewsNow.com to enter consumer protection mode. We made noise. Lots of it. We were finally told someone would call back. They did.
A sales manager. We won’t name him because he did ultimately attempt to solve the problem, but his comments were concerning. He explained that Sansone Air recently had its website redone, and the “24/7 emergency support” language is just a placeholder. But here’s the thing. It appears in multiple places on the website. That seems to be false advertising. The fact that the rep immediately said that the language was a placeholder suggests the company knew exactly what it was doing.
A tech apparently still on the road was sent to solve the problem. It turns out some Daikin thermostats read body temperature. If you walk by or touch the touchscreen, it displays a temperature on the screen that may be 4-6 degrees warmer than reality. We have another Daikin system that does not engage in this bizarre behavior. But the tech showed it happen multiple times on the new system and we will accept his expertise. It seems like there may be a larger Daikin issue which we are confident will be resolved.
We are NOT saying do not hire Sansone Air. The company’s field techs are great. But CEO David Sansone and President Anthony Pascucci clearly need to examine their company’s marketing claims and advertising. We’re sure the State of Florida will do exactly that if the company does not.
