We reported on the arrest back in December of 2024 when he was stopped by FHP on I-95. It was at least his fourth arrest for DUI.
Fast forward to Thursday. Green entered guilty pleas and was sentenced to 30 months for driving despite having “permanently revoked” license, and then 30 months of probation for the DUI conviction once he is released from lockup.

Green was stopped in the area of I-95 and Woolbright Road. Police say he ultimately provided breath samples of .196 and .194. The legal limit in Florida .08. Green was rebooked into the Palm Beach County Jail on Thursday. It’s unclear where his sentence will be served.
