Charged WIth Kidnap, Battery, DUI.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Boca Raton realtor is facing a kidnapping charge after deputies say he repeatedly forced a woman back into his pickup truck during a domestic dispute in a shopping center parking lot. Nicholas Grecco, 30, was arrested Monday night at 8371 W. Palmetto Park Road, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were sent to the parking lot just before 9:30 p.m. after a witness reported seeing a man push a woman into a gray pickup truck against her will and slap her while she screamed for help. When a deputy arrived, he found a woman standing near the truck, visibly upset and crying, with torn and dirty clothing and blood on her knee, according to the arrest report.
The woman told the deputy she and Grecco had gone to see a movie and shared a bottle of wine before the argument started, and she denied that he ever grabbed, struck or forced her back into the vehicle. But two independent witnesses gave a different account. Both said they watched Grecco grab the woman, push her against the truck, slap her and repeatedly chase her down and force her back inside after she tried to get out and walk away, at one point yelling that she wasn’t going with him and to leave her alone.
Deputies said Grecco appeared highly intoxicated and was not interviewed because he could not provide a coherent statement. Based on the woman’s condition, the witness accounts and the report to dispatch during the incident, deputies charged Grecco with kidnapping, domestic battery, DUI, and DUI refusal. He was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on Monday. He was released on Tuesday after posting $10,000 bond.
