DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The Kings Point arrests are back after what seems to have been a summer lull. The senior living community that — by the numbers — appears to end up with more residents in jail than any other South Palm Beach County senior living community just had two more residents end up in the slammer.

Trevor Douglas of Piedmont E was arrested and charged with battery. He was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on September 7th and later released pending a late September court appearance.

Carlo Goias of Capri J was arrested and charged with larceny after allegedly stealing curtain rods from Lowe’s in West Boca Raton. He was arrested and later released on $1000 bond.
Douglas and Goias are the 103rd and 104th arrests of Kings Point residents — based on our records — over the past three years. They join other Kings Point residents who have been charged with — and at times convicted of — sex crimes, child sex crimes, battery, assault, drug crimes, DUI, weapons offenses, and more.
