ST. JOHNS COUNTY, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has issued a statewide Missing Child Spectrum Alert for a 16-year-old St. Augustine boy last seen Saturday. Benjamin Adcock was last spotted in the 200 block of Whispering Woods Lane, according to FDLE. He remains missing as of Sunday.
Adcock is described as a white male, 5-foot-11 and 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark gray t-shirt with the word “Dimari” printed on it, along with black shorts and flip-flops.
A Spectrum Alert is issued by FDLE for missing children who have autism, a cognitive disorder, or another condition affecting their ability to communicate. Investigators have not released additional details about the circumstances surrounding Adcock’s disappearance.
Anyone with information on Adcock’s whereabouts is asked to call the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office at 904-824-8304, or 911. Tips can also go to FDLE’s Missing Endangered Persons Information Clearinghouse at 1-888-FL-MISSING (1-888-356-4774).
