BROWARD COUNTY, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A critical crash around 6:30 Thursday morning has closed all southbound lanes on I-95 near Hillsboro Boulevard.
While the details of the crash are unclear, it is just one of many incidents reported so far this morning due in part to the heavy rain that has been falling since Wednesday night.

BocaNewsNow.com has been monitoring multiple crashes on I-95 in Broward County and Palm Beach County. There have been several crashes on Florida’s Turnpike in both counties, too.
Please drive carefully this morning. We will update the I-95 situation once we receive more information. Assume traffic issues will be the norm this morning until the rain moves out of the area.
