NOW 107 ARRESTS OF KINGS POINT RESIDENTS SINCE 2023.
DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Two more Kings Point Delray Beach residents have been arrested over the past several days, bringing our latest total to 107 since 2023. Among the arrestees, a woman who allegedly was drinking wine before she slammed into a car — then told police she’s part of the “Mother Nature” religion.
Moniqua McGrady of Flanders J in Kings Point is facing charges of DUI, DUI refusal, and resisting an officer by refusing to sign a citation. She allegedly rear-ended a car on Military Trail near Linton on September 11th — then was feared to be under the influence of alcohol. Police say she admitted to drinking wine prior to the crash. McGrady was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail and held on $1500 bond. We note that Ms. McGrady is 33 — significantly younger than most residents of a 55+ community. Booking records show she says she practices the “Mother Nature” religion.
Grace Levine of Burgandy G is facing a battery charge. She was arrested September 19th. The affidavit of probable cause continues to be processed Tuesday morning. We do know that she was booked into jail and later released on her own recognizance. A court date is pending.
McGrady and Levine are the 25th and 26th Kings Point Delray Beach arrests this year, and the 106th and 107th since the start of 2023. Among other arrestees: residents accused of sex crimes, DUI, battery, weapons offenses, child image crimes, battery, and more.
