
POMPANO BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — More than four years after Travis Holloway was shot in Pompano Beach, Broward Sheriff’s Office homicide detectives are still working to solve his murder. Broward Crime Stoppers is offering up to $5,000 for a tip that leads to an arrest.
The shooting happened around 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 21, 2022, near the 2800 block of Northwest Fourth Street. Deputies arrived with Pompano Beach Fire Rescue and found Holloway suffering from gunshot wounds. They started life-saving measures right away, but Holloway was pronounced dead after paramedics took him to a local hospital.
Detectives from BSO’s Homicide Unit and Crime Scene Unit continue to investigate the circumstances of the shooting.
