GULF STREAM, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The Town of Gulf Stream is smaller than one square mile, but the tiny town considers speeding to be a big deal.
Case in point: Stephen Graham of Parkland. Graham was stopped for allegedly speeding — and driving on the wrong side of the road — on September 25th. This is the narrative of the arrest report:
>> On September 25, 2026, at approximately 20:34 hours while conducting traffic enforcement in the 2000 block of North Ocean Boulevard (in) Gulf Stream FL 33483; I observed a white Toyota Camry bearing Florida tag SGEE85 traveling at 80 MPH in a 35 MPH zone. The vehicle was also observed passing another vehicle in the opposite lane of travel over a double yellow line. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle and the driver was identified as Mr. Stephen Graham via Florida drivers license. Due to Mr. Graham’s speed and passing of vehicles in the opposite lane of travel it was determined that Mr Graham did willfully and wantonly regard the safety of persons or property while operating his 2018 white Toyota Camry. <<

Graham was booked into jail and charged with “reckless driving, first offense.” He posted bond and will appear in court later this month.
The Town of Gulf Streams runs from roughly Atlantic Avenue to the south, George Bush Boulevard to the north, the Intracoastal to the west and the Atlantic Ocean to the east. It has one main north-south road which is Ocean Boulevard.
