ONE RESIDENT CHARGED WITH AMPHETAMINE TRAFFICKING…

DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The Kings Point Criminal Compound — wait, we mean Kings Point Country Club — just welcomed two new members over the past day or so. That brings the total number of Kings Point residents who have been arrested since 2023 to 109. Unofficial records maintained by BocaNewsNow.com suggest that no other senior living community in South Palm Beach County has more residents jailed than Kings Point.

AMAR AGAZZI lives in the Burgandy section of Kings Point. He is facing four counts of Amphetamine Trafficking and one count of public order crimes — using a two way communication device to facilitate a felony. The drug charges carry no bond. The public order charge carries a $10,000 bond. He remains in the Palm Beach County Jail Saturday morning. We note he is 30 years old — significantly younger than most residents of a 55+ community.

MICHAEL BARON of the Seville section of Kings Point is being held Saturday on an out of state warrant. It was not immediately clear what led to the warrant or which jurisdiction ordered the warrant.

LAZARO MARTINEZ-ZAPATA lives in the Tuscany section of Kings Point. He was arrested on Friday for both a moving traffic violation and failure to obey a police or fire department. He was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail and later released on $500 bond.
These Kings Point residents join others who, over the past few years, have been charged with crimes including weapons offenses, DUI, battery, assault, sex crimes, child image possession offenses, theft, and more. We remind our readers that charges are allegations and that all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

There are 7200 condos in Kings Point, approximately 13000 residents. 110 arrests in three years???? That’s a small percentage and some of these “crimes” are as small as a traffic violation. This newspaper sensationalizes it all and this is very damaging to the other 12,800+ people there. This rag of a newspaper needs to stop!!
Sure, Susan. Criminal traffic violations are not traditionally “small” but okay.
We keep a tote board similar to the Jerry Lewis telethon of days gone by.
