Barruw, MD, FACP has opened the doors to his own independent medical practice, Boca Premier Primary Care Group, in East Boca Raton. The newly built practice is located at 900 Northwest 13th Street, Suite 103, Boca Raton, FL 33486, and is now welcoming both established and new patients.

For more than 30 years, Dr. Barruw has practiced internal medicine in the Boca Raton area. The opening of Boca Premier Primary Care Group represent an important new chapter in a career that has been deeply rooted in the local community.

Dr. Barruw is board certified in Internal Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP), a professional distinction recognizing achievement and commitment to the field of internal medicine.

The decision to establish an independent practice grew from Dr. Barruw’s desire to create an environment centered on what he believes matters most in primary care: a strong and lasting relationship between physician and patient.
