BOYNTON BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — An alleged hit and run driver who struck and killed a pedestrian in Lantana tonight was just stopped in Boynton Beach.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office tells BocaNewsNow.com that the driver was stopped in the area of Jog Road and Boynton Beach Boulevard and the suspect has been detained.
Police say the driver struck and killed the pedestrian around 6:30 p.m. in the area of Lantana Road and Jog Road. The driver was driving a white BMW.
