BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Popular Boca Raton Italian restaurant Nino’s is facing a lawsuit in Palm Beach County Circuit Court. The suit claims Nino’s owes significant funds in back due rent.
According to the complaint obtained by BocaNewsNow.com, Nino’s has not paid rent since August of 2023. It owes two months of rent in the amount of $10,921.53 per month, plus fees, taxes, and more. The grand total as of the filing of the suite: $26,508.62.
Nino’s first entered into its lease agreement in April of 2007. There does not appear to have been a payment issue prior to the current situation. The restaurant is located at 7120 Bercasa Way in Boca Raton.
