BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Palm Beach County is offering $100,000 for you to buy your first home. There are, of course, terms and conditions, but the program could be a great way to enter the real estate market in an exceptionally difficult location to buy a first home, and during a time when interest rates are making it exceptionally challenging for many.
