Address: 760 LYONS RD Coconut Creek, FL
Outcome: Warning Issued
Reported: 7/2/2020Complainant Comments: My daughter’s counselor is traveling to New York next week. She was crying because the management told her to lie about where she was going and come back to work after her trip. Don’t they have to have a 14 day quarantine?
Task ID: 542289
Violation Type: Not Following Sanitation Requirements
Address: 7600 LYONS RD Coconut Creek, FL
Outcome: Warning Issued
Reported: 7/3/2020Complainant Comments: Cafeteria serves 100’s of campers & counselors and there is not a professional sanitation company, to disinfect the area where people eat. They rely on 20 years old counselors to clean and sanitize. 6 to 7 people I know were tested and had symptoms & still returned to camp last week. Owners know people are traveling this weekend. Camp is filthy. No hand sanitizer stations anywhere on campus. I’m only 23 and I’m scared to come public, yet I need someone to notify the public that people are sick and testing positive. Please take this complaint seriously. No more warnings to this camp. Please are sick and they are hiding it. Please please take this seriously. I think the cdc thinks it’s a joke. Otherwise they would have shut the place down. Positive covid cases and still open? So sad our government doesn’t care about youth anymore. It’s a money making world & this camp is profiting while letting their own people get sick. Owners don’t care
