BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — West Boca Raton resident Kevin Therrell is back in the Palm Beach County Jail, now charged with kidnap and battery.
As we reported back in August, Therrell was arrested after allegedly throwing a glass at a waitress at Packy’s Sports Bar on West Palmetto Park Road. Originally charged as a felony, prosecutors reduced that charge to a misdemeanor. Therrell entered into a plea agreement and is on probation for twelve months.
But his Sunday night arrest could change the terms of that agreement. While the arrest report continues to be processed, the Palm Beach County Jail tells BocaNewsNow.com that Therrell was booked into jail at 6:53 p.m. by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. The specifics of the adult kidnap charge, and the subsequent battery charge, were unclear early Monday morning.
Therrell, 43, lives in the 11000 block of Whisper Sound Drive in Boca Raton. Bond has not been set.
