
UPDATE: 7:57 p.m. Monday — BocaNewsNow.com has reviewed the police report. Evan Lipset was allegedly found roaming in Frenchman’s Reserve, entering hotel rooms, and stealing personal belongings. He allegedly left his clothes in someone’s hotel room, then took their clothing he attempted to evade law enforcement. He later later found soaking wet at an area gas station where police say he resisted arrest. A court date is pending.
DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A resident of the upscale, gated community of Seven Bridges in West Delray Beach is in the Palm Beach County Jail early Monday morning. Evan Lipset of the 16300 block of Cabernet Drive was taken into custody Sunday night by police in Palm Beach Gardens.
While the arrest report continues to be processed early Monday, the Palm Beach County Jail tells BocaNewsNow.com that Lipset is charged with “Burglary,” two counts of “Larceny,” and “Resisting An Officer Without Violence.” One of the “larceny” charges is listed as “grand theft — $20,000 or more (but) less than $100,000.”

Lipset, 24, was booked into jail at 8:32 p.m. by the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department. We expect to have the full arrest report later Monday.
