BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — At the request of attorneys, a Palm Beach County Judge Thursday Morning set a new hearing date for Mitchell Schuman and Ari Brooks. Attorneys for both men will be back in court in September.

An attorney for Ari Brooks suggested that he will be moving to have the charges against his client dismissed. An attorney for Mitchell Schuman said that he needs additional time to initiate depositions in the case.
Both men remain free on bond following the April, 2026 incident.
