BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Palm Beach County Attorney Darryl Kogan — once part of the “Kogan and DiSalvo” law firm — is facing a federal charge relating to the possession of child pornography. The federal “information” document was just obtained by BocaNewsNow.com.
We reported earlier this month that Kogan was the subject of an FBI raid at his Boca Raton home earlier this year. No information was released about the raid, but his law firm changed its name from Kogan and DiSalvo to Baker and DiSalvo within weeks of the raid. It is rare that a high-profile law initiates a quick rebrand.
We reached out to Darryl Kogan and former partner Theodore DiSalvo, but neither responded. The Florida Bar as of Friday, October 2, 2026 reports that Darryl Kogan is no longer eligible to practice law in Florida. His record states that he has retired and now lists an address in Los Angeles.
The Felony “information” document filed on October 1st is published below.
