BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The 18-year-old killed early Sunday morning in an e-bike crash on Palmetto Park Road is now the subject of a fundraiser.
GoFundMe tells BocaNewsNow.com that friends and family of Kenneth Donahue are using the platform to raise funds for Donahue’s mother. As we were first to report, Donahue was the passenger on an e-bike driven by a 16-year-old that was struck by a Corvette near I-95. It’s unclear why the two teens were riding an e-bike in the middle of the night.
Here is the fundraising request posted to GoFundMe:
>>Kenneth Donahue’s sudden passing at just 18 years old has left so many people heartbroken. Kenneth tragically lost his life in an e-bike accident, and the shock of losing someone so young is hard to put into words. He was full of life and brought so much energy to the people around him. Kenneth loved the gym, loved going out, and loved his Jeep, the Blue Box. He also loved his friends and his mother, and he was the kind of person who enjoyed taking his friends to Miami and making memories wherever they went.
This fundraiser is being organized by Sawyer and Max for Kenneth’s loved ones and everyone in the community who knew and cared about him. The funds will help cover funeral costs and ease some of the burden during this painful time. Kenneth meant so much to so many people, and this page is a way for everyone who loved him to come together in support and remembrance. Any amount helps, and every donation, share, and kind thought means so much. Thank you for supporting Kenneth Donahue and keeping his loved ones in your hearts during this heartbreaking time.<< Visit the page through this link.
