Boca Raton Issues Rules, Regulations For Boca Bash Weekend. Expect Busy Weekend.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Boca Bash gets underway Friday evening and the City of Boca Raton has issued several rules and regulations to ensure a smooth weekend. Boca Bash is not an official City of Boca Raton event, but often leads to arrests and City interaction when boaters and partiers go too far. We’ll be monitoring the arrests on Lake Boca. Here’s what we know as of late Friday afternoon:

SPANISH RIVER PARK will be closed from sunset Friday, April 26th, through midnight on Sunday, April 28. This includes the lagoon, boat docks, and kayak launch area. There will be no pedestrian access. There is no non-motorized boat launching. There is no docking or disembarking from vessels. There’s no picnicking at Pavilion #2.
SILVER PALM PARK will be closed on Sunday, April 28TH, from 6 a.m. until midnight. With that closure comes no pedestrian access. Vehicles for launch and recovery will only be allowed access with a valid city permit. When parking availability in Silver Palm Park reaches capacity, launching boats will no longer be permitted.
WILDFLOWER PARK will be closed from 6 a.m. Saturday, April 27th, to midnight Sunday, April 28th. There will be no pedestrian or vehicle access.
