Man Missing From Fort Lauderdale Airport, Cops Seek Clues

UPDATE at 11:16 a.m. Thursday: The Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit has located 65-year-old Manuel Bolano-Torres last seen at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). 

According to detectives, Bolano-Torres was located by the Hallandale Beach Police Department and transported to an area hospital for evaluation. He is in the process of being reunited with his family.

According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office: 65-year-old Manuel Bolano-Torres was last seen at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). 

Bolano-Torres was last seen on Tuesday, May 23, at around 7:53 p.m. near 200 Terminal Drive at FLL in Fort Lauderdale. He was wearing a burgundy shirt, dark jeans and a black backpack. Bolano-Torres is about 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs around 150 pounds and has white hair and brown eyes. 

According to his family, Bolano-Torres suffers from early stages of Alzheimer’s disease.
