DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Don’t get Delray Beach resident Allison Fischer angry. And certainly don’t get her angry while you’re driving the 1967 Camaro that she planned to use with her new boyfriend. That’s the takeaway from a Delray Beach Police report filed as part of her arrest on Thursday.

According to the police report obtained by BocaNewsNow.com, Fischer threw a flower pot at her soon-to-be ex-husband as he drove away from their former home in the 1967 Camaro that she told police she was going to take out with her new boyfriend. The flower pot left a mark on her ex. That led police to arrest her on a charge of simple battery.

From the police report: “(The alleged victim) advised before officer’s arrival, he went to his residence of Allamanda Dr to speak to his children about the ongoing divorce between him and his wife Allison Fischer (defendant). Allison did not want (alleged victim) at the house, or near the kids because she advised today was her day to spend with the kids under their custody agreement. (The alleged victim) advised he just went there to talk to his children nothing more. (The alleged victim) has a 1967 Chevrolet Camaro at the house parked in the garage and Allison said she was going to take it out later with her new boyfriend.”

“(The alleged victim) decided he was going to leave his Ford F-150 pickup truck at the residence and take his 1967 Camaro back to his new residence instead. Allison became irate at this and as (alleged victim) was backing out of the driveway to leave, Allison picked up a plant off the ground that was set inside a plastic pot and threw it at (alleged victim). The alleged victim was struck with the plant in the head, leaving a red mark on the left side of his forehead. While listening to Allison’s side of the story, she confirmed that she did in facts throw the flowerpot at (alleged victim).”

Allison Fischer was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail around 3:40 p.m. on Thursday and remains locked up as of 3:30 p.m. on Friday. She is being held on $100 bond. Their divorce is pending.
