Porter was born December 19, 1950. He’s identified as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He’s 6’2” and weighs 172 pounds. His home address, according to police, is 312 Pelican Lake Drive in Pahokee.

According to Florida Department of Law Enforcement, which oversees sexual predators in Florida, Porter was convicted on charges of sexual battery/solicitation of a child; lewd or lascivious molestation of a victim under 12 years of age by an offender over the age of 18; and lewd or lascivious molestation of a victims 12-15 years old by an offender 18 or older.
