DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Popular Delray Beach Restaurant “Park Tavern” at 32 SE 2nd Avenue received eight violations — five considered “high priority” — when it was inspected on March 19th by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. The restaurant was not ordered to shut down.

High Priority – Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse…. Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit…cabbage juice 48F , bchamel 50F , creamy horseradish 45F in walk in cooler by the door . Chef not determined how long food being held out of temperature. … Time/temperature control for safety food prepared from/mixed with ingredient(s) at ambient temperature not cooled to 41 degrees Fahrenheit within 4 hours… kimchi 60F in walk in cooler .
