Police Ask For Help In Finding Killer Of Area Business Owner

POMPANO BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — The Broward Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in finding the killer of 53-year old Russell Buddie. He was found in a pool of blood this morning by his father, outside Atlantic Air Conditioning at 3165 W. Atlantic Avenue in Pompano Beach. The two men ran the business together.
The location is just south of Palm Beach County.

When a man arrived for work Wednesday morning at the air conditioning supply company he runs with his son, he discovered the remnants of an apparently violent encounter. His 53-year-old son, Russell Buddie, was badly wounded and lying in a pool of blood on the pavement next to his truck.
Pompano Beach Fire Rescue responded to Atlantic Air Conditioning Supply and transported Buddie to North Broward Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Broward Sheriff’s Office homicide detectives are investigating to determine the circumstances that led to Buddie’s death. The Broward County Medical Examiner will determine how he was killed.
