BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Two major crashes are slowing traffic on I-95 in Boca Raton and Delray Beach. The accidents were both reported early in the 8 a.m. hour Tuesday.
The first crash is in the express lanes northbound near Glades Road. It’s backing up traffic into Broward County. While the crash is in the express lanes, it’s impact all northbound traffic as rescuers are on the scene.
A bit further north, there’s another major crash in the area of Atlantic Avenue. It’s also in the northbound lanes and slowing traffic almost to a standstill. Your best bet: get off I-95 before Boca Raton and head north on Military Trail, Jog Road, or on the Florida Turnpike.
